Your stuff is awesome, where can I buy?

We typically sell our swag at markets in the local area but due to the COVID-19 crisis, we can only set up for non-contact local pickup or ship (as long as we’re not in lockdown).

Do you have a sizing guide?

We sure do! Most styles will come in a SM – 2XL but some styles we can offer XS & 3XL additionally. We carry sizes from XS – 2XL and you can see how everything fits here.

I'm in love with something that is out of stock. What do I do?

No worries! We bring in new stock all the time and can put you down on the waitlist for the item you need. Contact us here and let us know what you’re looking for.

How can I carry 351 Apparel in my store?

We are just in the process of adding wholesale options. You can contact us here to request more info.

How do I wash my 351 Apparel?

Most of our tops can be machine washed on cold, and tumbled dry inside out We do recommend hanging or laying flat to dry to extend the life of your gear.


How do I know that my information is secure on this site?

The protection of your information is a priority to 351 Apparel. When entering personal information such as your credit card, name, and address, you will see an unbroken key or a closed lock, depending on your browser, near the web address bar meaning that the page and your information is secure.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order after it has been placed?

We cannot guarantee the cancellation of any order once the order has been placed. You may cancel your order only before the order has been processed. To cancel or make changes to your order, contact customer support immediately after you have placed your order. Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept PayPal as well as VISA, Mastercard & Discover cards as indicated in the checkout process.

I got my order, but where's my receipt?

In order to stay as green as possible we do not automatically include hard copies of receipts when shipping out orders. You will be emailed a digital receipt at the time of purchase. 

What are your shipping rates?

All domestic shipping is $9.95 sent via flat-rate package. We can only ship within Canada right now.

Do you have local pickup?

We sure do! We have 3 pickup locations in the Okanagan. One in Summerland, one in Penticton & one in West Kelowna. Check out our local pickup page for more info.


What is your return policy?

We know buying online can be difficult! So, we offer exchanges of unworn/unwashed apparel as long as the size or color is still in stock, within 30 days from shipping date. You have 2 easy options:

1) Store Credit: Is it the wrong color, style or size? Let us know, and we will send you a store credit for the products you purchased (shipping costs are nonrefundable). Once we receive your unworn/unwashed shirt(s) with the tags still on, we will send you your store credit. The deadline to request store credit is 30 days from the date of shipping. There is a maximum of 2 exchanges with store credit per order.

2) Refund: Can’t find something that will work? We will refund payment method for the item(s), minus a $5 restocking fee per item purchased. Once we receive your unworn/unwashed shirt(s) with the tags still on, we will send you your refund. The deadline to request a refund is 30 days from the date of shipping.

Please note that “last chance” and sale items/grab bags are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

How long does the return process take?

It takes approximately 4-7 business days to process your return from the time we receive it. Credit back to your original card may take an additional 4-7 business days depending on your provider. The entire process will take approximately 2 weeks.
